Terezas Choice Culinary Yoga retreat

Join Chef Tereza on a culinary yoga retreat in Crete, in a hidden village called Tertsa, where you will be completely overwhelmed by the uniqueness, tranquility and distance from the tourist ‘shunder’.

A daily morning yoga practice with a view of the sea awaits us, which will be shared with us by Nathalie Gesche, a yogi who has been living with Tertsa for many years and will make you flexible and fluid in a week; the accommodation, which is in Cretan style, simple and clean, will be provided by the energetic Lambros; and for healthy meals, besides me of course, Lambros’ mother, who cooks typical southern Cretan food.
