2026 May 1st to 28th / July 15th to August 25

Whether you're visiting for a short time or simply want to reconnect with your practice, you're welcome to join us for drop-in Ashtanga yoga classes.
Our space is dedicated exclusively to Ashtanga yoga—a practice we’re deeply passionate about and honored to share. Drop-in classes are open to all levels, from newcomers to long-time practitioners. Each session offers a chance to ground, breathe, and go deeper into your personal journey, all within a quiet and supportive setting.

Class Format
We offer traditional Mysore-style classes most days of the week, with occasional guided sessions. You’re welcome to practice at your own pace, with individual guidance and hands-on support where needed.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS
All classes are suitable for beginners.
Please come to class wearing comfortable loose clothing. Yoga mats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can also bring your own mat or towel. We recommend refraining from eating at least 2 hours before class.
ASHTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the world by Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya (1888 – 1989) It is a dynamic method of sequenced postures linked with breath and concentration techniques.

Here we teach and lead the first and second series of postures. The class is open to all levels. We work one-on-one with beginners to teach correct breathing and posture sequence. Our aim is to bring the magic of yoga to your day and help you begin to memorize the series so that you may continue your own personal practice beyond the class.

Ashtanga Yoga is our foundation here at Tertsa Yoga, we love the philosophy and the practice.

NATHALIE GESCHE - TEACHER
Originally from Leuven, Belgium, Nathalie has always been drawn to exploration—of both the world and the inner self. Her travels eventually led her to India in the mid-1980s, where she was introduced to yoga, a practice that soon became a lifelong path of balance, awareness, and transformation.
Guided by inspiring teachers and shaped by many years of dedicated practice, she has come to view yoga as both a discipline and a way of living.
Her teachers, including Cliff Barber, Danny Paradise, Rolf Naujokat, and Andrew Eppler, have deeply influenced her understanding of yoga and continue to inspire her practice and teaching.
Now based in Tertsa, Crete, she shares her experience and love of yoga with students from around the world, offering a space for stillness, strength, and connection through movement and breath.
